The problem we are trying to solve : Brands and retailers struggle to make real connections with consumers. It's a challenge to deliver trustworthy and inspiring content in the moments that matter most during the discovery and purchase cycle. The result? Time and money spent on content that doesn't attract new consumers, convert them, or earn their long-term loyalty.

Our brand promise : closing the gap between brands and consumers.

We are looking for a commercially-minded UKI Marketing Manager to own and drive the regional marketing strategy for the UKI business. This role is for a marketer who can translate business goals into a clear go-to-market plan, work in lockstep with sales leadership, and drive measurable impact across pipeline, revenue, acquisition, retention, and customer growth.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this person will be responsible for shaping and executing the UKI marketing plan in line with regional priorities. They will work closely with sales, SDR, customer success, and the wider global marketing organisation to ensure marketing is fully aligned to business goals and accountable for performance.

This is not a brand-only or campaign-delivery role. It is a high-ownership regional marketing role for someone who can see the full buyer journey, connect strategy to execution, and lead the right mix of programmes and channels to drive business outcomes.

The UKI Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the region, with clear accountability for marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. They will partner closely with UKI sales leadership to identify priorities, define the regional plan, and deliver integrated marketing programmes that support both new business acquisition and growth within existing customers.

The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while working effectively across global and regional teams. They must be confident operating across the full marketing mix, using data, market insight, and commercial judgement to make decisions and optimise performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the UKI marketing strategy and regional plan, aligning activity to business priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to translate commercial targets into a clear marketing approach across target segments, accounts, and customer opportunities.
  • Drive close collaboration across sales, marketing, SDR, and customer success to ensure joined-up execution across the full buyer and customer journey.
  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue in the region, with accountability for performance, ROI, and continuous optimisation.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across the full funnel, spanning awareness, demand creation, pipeline acceleration, customer retention, and expansion.
  • Lead the UKI channel mix across digital, content, events, paid, lifecycle, and account-based activity as appropriate.
  • Localise global campaigns for UKI market needs and create region-specific programmes where local opportunity or market conditions require it.
  • Use data, insight, and market context to assess performance, identify opportunities, and recommend where to invest for the greatest commercial impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing and EMEA stakeholders to ensure UKI priorities are represented in broader planning and execution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the UKI market, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and sales challenges to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.

Candidate profile:

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles within SaaS or high-growth technology businesses.
  • Proven experience building and executing marketing plans that drive pipeline, revenue contribution, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to align marketing strategy tightly to sales priorities and business growth goals.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and cross-functional revenue teams in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Confident owning both acquisition and retention marketing activity, with a clear understanding of the full buyer and customer lifecycle.
  • Able to operate across multiple channels and programme types, with sound judgement on how to build the right mix for market needs and commercial return.
  • Comfortable using data to shape strategy, optimise performance, and communicate impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with core marketing and revenue technology, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the UKI market; familiarity with Nordic markets would be useful but does not need to define the role unless you want it to.
  • High ownership mentality, strong pace, and willingness to get into the detail when needed.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Full authorisation to work in the UK without restriction.
