About Blank Street

At Blank Street, we believe that rituals matter and that great rituals make your life better. With stores across the US and UK, we are working to transform the high street grab-and-go coffee transaction into an experience that is higher in quality, hospitality, and joy.

Our Values

  • Magic is in the Details: We value attention to detail in everything we do. We're always thinking about the small things that make a moment meaningful.
  • Move as One: We value people who strive to be the best team player, not individual stars.
  • “My Home is your Home” Hospitality: We look for individuals who treat others the same way they'd treat a guest in their home. We care about presentation, hospitality, and having fun even when things are stressful.

What’s Brewing...

We’re looking for a stellar Marketing Manager to run our seasonal brand campaigns for the UK. You’ll be responsible for bringing our new drinks to life through building unforgettable brand worlds. You’ll be a generalist, who understands the full marketing mix and can dial channels up and down depending on the goal.

At Blank Street, our quarterly campaigns launch our seasonal product drops. Our Marketing Manager is the creative marketing mastermind behind these, designing and executing campaigns that captivate communities and drive trial. You’ll lead dynamic, insight-driven projects that resonate with our audience and stay memorable.

Alongside this, you’ll oversee our digital channels - CRM, App and Paid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning :

    • You’ll know how to harness consumer insights to develop campaigns that truly resonate and inspire action
    • You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to make sure everyone understands your vision, and is bought in on the journey
  • Project Delivery:
    • You’ll be responsible for executing that vision - with one direct report - driving the end-to-end execution of each multi-channel campaign
    • You’ll know how to manage budgets, and be confident forecasting and tracking
    • You’ll use CRM, apps, and performance channels to optimise reach and engagement
  • Storytelling:
    • You’ll be a true storyteller, leveraging the power of narrative to make our brand unforgettable.
    • You’ll work hand-in-hand with our creative team to bring that story to life visually, and develop captivating content that speaks directly to our audience.
  • Team Leadership:
    • You’ll be a strong leader, who can inspire and mentor one direct report. You’ll know how to nurture talent and foster an ambitious culture.
    • You’ll champion collaboration and maintain high standards for creativity and execution.
  • Performance and Innovation:
    • You’re great at tracking, analysing, and elevating campaign performance
    • You understand which metrics to look at to fuel future successes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience running campaigns and activations; delivering results that set industry benchmarks
  • A Generalist: You’ve got a deep understanding of the full marketing mix and how each channel drives a different purpose. Plus. you’ve got experience with digital channels like CRM, apps, and performance marketing.
  • An Eye for Trends: You know what the latest trends are, whether that be on social, fashion or food. You’re comfortable making the case for where we should play.
  • Insightful and Analytical: You’ve got an exceptional ability to identify consumer insights and turn them into powerful, game-changing campaigns. You’re data literate and can pull action from insight.
  • A Big Thinker: You’re a creative mind who thinks outside the box to get the best idea. You’re not afraid to take initiative or experiment, and you’re excited to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • A Leader: You’re an incredible project leader, and are able to effectively manage key stakeholders both upwards and downwards. You love a project plan and spend time ensuring everyone is bought in.
