The Role
Spotify is looking for an expert Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a strategic market for our growth in the Middle East. This is an outstanding opportunity to craft how we position Spotify in the UAE, drive brand love, and build culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
As our Marketing Manager, UAE, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and brand love. You’ll need a deep understanding of UAE’s media, digital, and cultural landscape and a passion for content (music and podcasts).
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive Spotify’s growth and engagement in the UAE
- Identify, build, and lead partnerships with brands, media platforms, entertainment entities, and cultural institutions to improve brand visibility and love
- Build culturally relevant marketing initiatives that appeal to UAE audiences. Work with local influencers, creators, and media partners to amplify Spotify’s brand and reach
- Analyze campaign performance, track critical metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts
- Stay ahead of trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive landscape in the UAE market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on various initiatives
Who You Are
- At least 5 to 7 years of marketing experience in UAE, in consumer brands, entertainment, tech, or digital platforms
- Strong knowledge of UAE’s cultural and media landscape—from music and entertainment trends to consumer behavior
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, influencer, and offline activations
- Experience in partnership marketing, leading brand collaborations that drive impact
- Data-driven mentality with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies with high bias for action
Where You'll Be
- You will be based out of our Dubai office
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
