Broadridge is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support marketing programs for our Trading & Connectivity Solutions business. This role combines product and segment marketing with regional activation across EMEA and NAMR, helping bring Broadridge’s trading and connectivity solutions to market in a clear, compelling, and commercial way. Working closely with sales, account management, business leaders, and the broader marketing organization, you will develop messaging, execute integrated campaigns, support lead generation, and drive measurable business impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, commercially minded marketer with experience in financial technology, capital markets, trading solutions, or enterprise B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of product, client, and thought leadership campaigns aligned to business priorities through coordinated, multi-channel programs.
  • Regional marketing planning and execution: Develop and deliver integrated NAMR and EMEA go-to-market plans aligned to global priorities and local market needs. Partner with digital, events, PR/AR, and brand teams to activate campaigns effectively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, sales (EMEA and NAMR), and business leaders to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives
  • Events and thought leadership: Support Broadridge’s presence at key regional industry events and conferences. Help localize content including articles, client materials, and success stories to strengthen market positioning.
  • Performance measurement: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, including ROI and pipeline contribution. Share results and insights with marketing and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in trading solutions, capital markets, or fintech
  • Knowledge of capital markets, or a strong ability to learn quickly
  • Proven success delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $95,000.00- $105,000 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
