About the Role
As the Marketing Manager for Taiwan, you will play a pivotal role in localizing and implementing Bjak’s marketing strategies for this dynamic market. You will own the end-to-end marketing function for Taiwan, from brand positioning to campaign execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals while tailoring initiatives to local market needs.

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing the Taiwan market.
- Proven expertise in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to produce engaging content and manage bilingual campaigns.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Deep understanding of the Taiwan market, including regulatory considerations, cultural nuances, and competitive dynamics.
