About your team

The Taiwan marketing team focuses on Product Marketing and General Marketing, executing targeted strategies for Wholesales, Institutional, and Personal Investing channels. Collaborating closely with local and regional teams, aim to enhance brand recognition and market share by effectively managing and communicating product positioning, investment strategies, and Fidelity insight thus playing a crucial role in growing the business within Taiwan.

About your role

As a Marketing Manager in Taiwan, your main responsibilities will include planning and executing events, working closely with the sales team to refine event details and coordinate related giveaways based on specific requirements. You'll also be involved in managing budgets and liaising with vendors to optimise efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to the marketing team by assisting in the adaptation of product content for distribution across social media, LINE, and various other platforms, ensuring a collaborative approach to marketing initiatives.

About you

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify their primary communication targets and devise and implement event and branding strategies tailored to those audiences.
  • Support Teams in presenting products and the brand effectively to various audiences, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and regional adaptations.
  • Develop diverse content, including video, imagery, and audio, to create the most efficient communication strategies across different channels, ensuring consistency with the Fidelity message and brand image.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team, ensuring they are adapted to local needs while maintaining regional consistency.
  • Oversee the execution of local event programs and distribution sponsorship marketing campaigns, coordinating campaign execution, event logistics, technical requirements, and content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements by working closely with the Legal and Compliance departments, and manage to establish and achieve key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, campaign efficiency, brand awareness, and web usage.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing within the asset management industry or a related field.
  • A proven track record in marketing, demonstrating the ability to influence sales and client engagement through strategic marketing programmes.
  • Experience in managing and executing successful marketing initiatives, particularly in CRM strategies, evidenced by net sales or other relevant KPIs.
  • Demonstrable experience in operating effectively within a matrix organisational structure.
  • Strong abilities in managing relationships and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, with the ability to converse and write fluently in both English and Chinese.
  • A university degree in marketing or business.
  • Possession of a Taiwan SITE/SICE License or Senior Broker License.
