As Marketing Manager Scandinavia, you drive marketing excellence by living our Husqvarna values: BOLD, DEDICATED and CARE. You hold full managerial responsibility for Scandinavia, with a deeper strategic and operational focus on the Swedish market. In this role you will report to the VP of Residential Marketing Europe, Jenny Fisher-Toivo.

About the role:

As the voice of the market, you provide grounded, insight-based input to the central marketing team – ensuring local realities shape relevant parts of the European strategy. Your primary focus is operational excellence in the Swedish market and coordinating consistent execution across Scandinavia. This is a highly operational leadership role. While you contribute to discussions on direction and priorities, your core accountability lies in hands-on delivery, executional leadership and ensuring that plans land effectively in the market.

This role centers on shaping and delivering a strong annual local marketing plan, built on the European marketing strategy set by the Residential & Professional European marketing leadership team. You excel at turning strategy into action - leading implementation, prioritizing focus areas, and ensuring measurable impact in your markets. Together with your team, based in Sweden, Norway as well as in Denmark, you create and execute marketing plans that engage both end-consumers and professional customers, while also identifying new opportunities for growth. Travelling may occur in this role, both within Sweden and Europe.

You will be a part of the Swedish Sales & Services management team.

About you:
You are an experienced marketing leader who combines strategic clarity with a hands-on, commercial mindset. With a solid background in B2C, preferably also in B2B, environments – ideally in fast-moving, multi-channel markets – you know how to turn insights into impacts and plans into measurable business results. You therefore enjoy staying close to execution – ensuring that activities, budgets as well as priorities are aligned and delivering tangible results. Working closely with sales comes naturally to you, and you know how to build marketing that accelerates business performance.

You thrive in complex, international organizations where cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management and matrix navigation are part of everyday life. You bring credibility and confidence – earning trust through expertise, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach.

As a leader, you create clarity and direction while empowering your team to grow. You have managed diverse teams before and understand how to balance high expectations with genuine support. You are comfortable coaching both more experienced and more junior talents, and embracing a culture where people feel inspired, accountable, and connected.

Above all, you are driven, collaborative, digitally savvy, and grounded – someone who embraces challenges with curiosity and leads with both impact and care – and enjoy rolling up your sleeves, working hands on together with your team.

Your skills and background:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Proven experience from working in an international and complex environment in consumer-driven marketing
  • Comfortable leading in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated experience in creating sales-driving trade marketing plans across multiple categories in high-growth markets
  • Digitally savvy, with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results
  • Proven ability to accelerate business initiatives and growth through effective marketing activation
  • Solid experience in both full managerial responsibility and budget management
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and in writing

Location:

This position will be placed in either Huskvarna or Stockholm, Sweden. We offer a hybrid work set up where you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 times a week (50%).
