This position is based at our Toronto Support Centre and reports to the Senior Director, Practice Marketing. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to drive marketing enablement across our network of practices—ensuring they are equipped with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to succeed. You will help ensure business continuity by delivering on both day-to-day and ad-hoc marketing needs.

- Manage and resolve marketing support requests through the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective service.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support and guidance to practice teams.
- Execute email marketing requests using approved templates and processes.
- Maintain and optimize self-service marketing resources and platforms.
- Track and report on support SLAs, ticket volumes, and key performance metrics.
- Monitor and support management of the corporate marketing budget.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless support experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and practice support services.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, B2B, practice support, or a related role is required
- Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach; bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ticketing or project management systems (e.g., Halo, Asana) is an asset.
- Experience managing high-volume requests and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and resourceful problem-solver with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 CAD to $100,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 15% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home.
