We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon. This position will be based out of Gurgaon, India where you can work Hybrid or Remote.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced marketer to help grow our properties across social media and to lead in supporting various launches and initiatives associated with our properties. These include original content launches, consumer products, digital community-building programs, and more.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate has marketing experience in digital media, online video, traditional entertainment, or some combination thereof. This is a cross-functional position that works closely with stakeholders across the business; the type of person that thrives in such a position is a great communicator, is very organized and detail-oriented, is both polite and persistent, builds strong working relationships easily, and has an analytical mindset.
The position is best for someone who is comfortable juggling multiple projects with various deadlines. In a single week, the person in this role might be: planning a campaign to promote a social media series across the multiple social media platforms, leading the social media strategy for new programming that’s debuting on a streaming channel, launching a social media contest designed to grow our video library, creating social promo assets to promote video submissions, giving notes on promo creative for an upcoming campaign, and preparing and presenting a marketing wrap deck for an executive presentation on a recent campaign.
Your day-to-day:
- Define, oversee and successfully execute multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to: raise awareness and drive viewership for key content launches, increase video submissions, acquire users, and support other initiatives as needed
- Manage social media promo editorial calendars and act as campaign manager, working with various internal stakeholders in social, creative, streaming, production, PR, analytics, and other departments, as well as external partners such as agencies, influencers, talent, etc. to build, plan, and execute marketing campaigns
- Implement tracking and reporting measures to gauge campaign success against agreed-upon KPIs and guide future strategy
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships designed to support campaigns and/or overall marketing goals
- Partner with integrated marketing team and social team to determine longer-lead tentpoles that can span across social and streaming platforms
- Assist in implementing the perpetual gathering of community-related intelligence for use in key decision-making by production, programming, and ad sales
- Maintain competitive intelligence and stay abreast of what’s current and relevant in digital content
- Flywheel execution for all brands across TMB, such as working with TMB brand socials, editorial, and site teams
- Analyzing campaign performance and insights using Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Klayvio, and Looker
- Create promo assets in Premiere and Photoshop when needed
- Create and manage promotional plans/calendars for talents/hosts of streaming tv series
- Collaborating on promotional campaigns with our streaming tv platform partners
- Oversee creative ideation with creative marketing team on promo assets and execution with social media managers
Qualifications: you have:
- 5+ years successfully executing omni-channel marketing strategies, most recently at a studio or publisher at a brand or agency driving content-driven marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of social platforms (specifically Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat) and digital marketing best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Creative thinker, adept brand builder, and culturally savvy
- Analytical powerhouse who derives insights from data, with demonstrable success achieving customer acquisition, revenue and ROI goals
- Effective time management and prioritization skills balanced with meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptive, flexible and collegial attitude, with an ability to work efficiently across teams and seniority levels in a fast-paced environment
- Sufficient experience with Premiere and Photoshop
- Experience analyzing data pulling insights from data dashboards in Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Klayvio, and Looker
