Your role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing and executing of all Clarios brand and product marketing initiatives with the focus on the premium VARTA® brand in the South Export East region. The Marketing Manager will work in close alignment with local sales and European marketing organizations and customers in order to support profitable business growth, increase Clarios brands position and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for an experienced and self-reliant marketing manager who is comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategic goals. Our ideal candidate has experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns in the Automotive Aftermarket and strives for working in a strong European Trade Marketing Team with a culture of openness, creativity and mutual support.
Key responsibilities:

Identify and understand the target audiences to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and high value messaging across all channels.

Work in conjunction with the local Sales teams and customers to develop and execute marketing programs and strategies to promote the sales of brands, products and services at every value chain player.

Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads due to strong digital marketing capabilities

Manage the participation in trade fairs and customer events and support the execution on site.

Work closely together with the European and local agency network to execute online and offline marketing activities.

Develop a strong market intelligence database to have a comprehensive understanding of the current market situation and trends based on market development, competitors, channels, product & service offering, and consumer behaviors.

Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Education and professional knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing or similar business related discipline

Profound working experience in marketing in a similar role/industry

Strong budget & project management skills

Excellent understanding of market trends

Excellent communication and influencing skills
-
Strong customer orientation
-
Readiness to travel (up to 25%)

Excellent Romanian and English skills
