Are you a good match?

You have a strong knowledge and experience across luxury retails in marketing or merchandising, solid understanding of SEA Market. You have strong understanding of matrixed business operations, market dynamics and client requirements of the industry. You have excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, spanning people management, networking and leadership skills. You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Marketing & Communication Director, the Marketing Manager SEA is responsible for the implementation of the Maison product strategy in SEA markets, planning and monitoring performance for the market which includes :

Develop and execute the product marketing strategy and 360° marketing plans across Jewelry, High Jewelry, and Timepieces, driving business growth through strategic planning, product analysis, forecasting, pricing, market insights, and annual marketing planning. 

Lead the planning and execution of High Jewelry and High Timepiece launches, ensuring successful boutique implementation through cross-functional collaboration, sales reporting, stock coordination, VM planning, and product training. 

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and counterfeit risks to provide strategic market intelligence, identify business opportunities, and safeguard the Maison's brand integrity. 

Drive product expertise through training, knowledge sharing, and close collaboration with Retail, Training, and cross-functional teams to support product launches and strengthen boutique capabilities. 

Lead, coach, and develop the SEA Marketing team by setting priorities, fostering collaboration, and building a high-performing, commercially astute, and client-centric team that delivers business objectives.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in luxury retail marketing or merchandising
  • Solid understanding of the SEA market

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in other Asian languages
