Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager in Power Tools division, who will be responsible for the marketing concept execution for Türkiye and Middle East countries, being located in Istanbul. (Please note that this position will not have direct reports)

  • Implements all Marketing Ps in a holistic user journey in the region
  • Responsible for retail marketing pricing operations & processes
  • Responsible for implementing local product portfolio according to regional strategy
  • Ensure implementation of central strategies, branding and activities in relevant customer cluster
  • Creation and development of local promotional and marketing activities per customer cluster
  • Provide relevant input about market developments in country (competitors development, customer cluster development) 
  • Gains and provides user and market insights (UX) to the regional marketing and sales organizations
  • Budget responsibility on country level – planning, tracking and analytics
  • Project management, budget management and coordination with local sales, regional key stakeholders
  • Responsible for providing input and preparation for marketing plan
  • Ensures optimization of Marketing ROI and costs
  • Implements local communication according to global guidelines ensuring a holistic user journey
  • Delivers marketing packages and trains sales and external retail partners on introduction of new marketing concepts as well as new marketing tools
  • Consolidation of country data relevant for demand planning (new products, events, etc.)
  • Manage and coordinate local service providers in combination with local sales force and customer cluster/dealer requirements
  • Local adaptation of customer specific listings to insure high numerical distribution
  • Consolidate input to product management out of customers/sales feedback

Qualifications

  • High affinity and know-how regarding marketing/sales processes, portfolio & price management
  • Very good understanding of pricing requirements & operations in different PT customer clusters
  • Good know-how of digital requirements for future B2B transactions
  • Understanding of the online and offline shopping landscapes
  • Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods
  • Operational experience in local sales & marketing organization / personal retailer network
  • Affinity regarding digital marketing, Social Media, User touch points, UX 
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and very high result-orientation as well as future-oriented thinking
  • Fluent English is a must
  • This position requires 10% mobility
