We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager, Portfolio to drive performance marketing across Anglicare’s established Seniors Communities portfolio. This is a 12-month max-term contract opportunity offering the chance to step into a high-impact marketing role where customer acquisition, digital performance and commercial outcomes are closely connected.  You will partner with Sales, Operations and Village teams to generate qualified enquiries, strengthen customer engagement and support occupancy growth

Your opportunity  

 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead performance marketing across our Seniors Communities portfolio, creating campaigns that attract customers, generate quality leads and support occupancy growth while building stronger connections with our communities.


With integrity and resilience, you will:  

  

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, direct, events and community channels
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Partner closely with Sales to strengthen the enquiry-to-appointment-to-reservation journey
  • Deliver responsive marketing for existing and turnover village stock
  • Drive local-area and village marketing campaigns
  • Use CRM, digital analytics, and campaign insights to improve marketing performance
  • Create engaging content across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage agencies, creative partners, and suppliers
  • Deliver customer events, open days and information sessions
  • Champion consistent brand and customer experiences across the portfolio

 

What you’ll bring 


You will bring strong marketing expertise and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to turn customer insight into measurable growth. You will leverage data, digital, CRM and marketing technology to drive acquisition, optimise the customer journey and improve marketing performance, while embracing AI and automation to create smarter ways of working.


What’s required: 


  • 6+ years’ experience across integrated, digital, performance or portfolio marketing
  • Strong lead generation and customer acquisition capability
  • Digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation experience
  • An understanding of complex customer journeys and longer consideration cycles
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong stakeholder, campaign, agency, and project management skills
  • A relevant Marketing, Communications, Business, or related qualification

  

What’s preferred: 


  • Experience in property, retirement living, healthcare, multi-site or service-based environments will be highly regarded
  • The ability to work at pace, prioritise competing demands and deliver to a high standard
