Job Description
- Drive, execute and optimize marketing activities with retail partners across Indonesia to reach users, enabling sales growth for all brands while ensuring the alignment with the brand positioning.
- Being key point of contact and work closely with the Marketing head of ASEAN and Indonesia sales team to drive impactful user & dealer interactions and marketing & sales activities.
- Build, align & own annual and quarterly plans (and optimize in quarter) tailored to Indonesia to deliver Marketing goals with regards to sales channel execution plans and pricing with a focus on return on investment of each Marketing activity.
- Collaborate with local marketing & sales teams to steer sales channel and pricing related activity execution that deliver measurable results across all dealer touchpoints.
- Develop sales channel execution plans including request to launch new channel and customer contracts together with sales team
- Implement and oversee trade term system adherence
- Develop profound hunting list to reach Distribution targets of Marketing Concepts
- Develop retail partner specific growth plans (based on global strategy) in close collaboration with sales
- Work closely with the regional offline marketing team and sales excellence team to implement measures.
- Contribute actively for delivering results on each marketing activity including the insights, analysis, reporting & communication of marketing activity results, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights to the broader team.
- Manage local marketing budgets effectively, tracking performance metrics and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Relevant University degree (Bachelor, Master) – Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years minimum) in marketing, pricing, sales channel management, preferably within the (power) tools industry or a related field.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in developing and executing trade terms, distribution management, sales growth plans in connection with marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross functional teams. Ability to influence, consult and negotiate without authority to get things done in a timely matter.
- Very good English both written and verbal
- Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them in a collaborative and proactive way.
- Strong numeric skill set, able to analyze data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimize results.
- Experience of handling marketing budgets and related KPIs
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Independent working ability, attentive to details.
