Purpose of the Role

Boston Scientific Mexico we are looking for an experienced and passionate marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with flawless execution and a deep commitment to improving patient care por Peripheral Intervention BU.

The ideal candidate is customer-centric, commercially driven, and energized by building markets, developing therapies, and delivering business growth. They are naturally curious, using customer insights, market intelligence, and data to identify opportunities and translate them into impactful marketing strategies.

This individual thrives in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority while building strong relationships with physicians, healthcare institutions, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal stakeholders. They are equally comfortable developing long-term business strategies, leading product launches, and spending time in the field understanding customer needs and supporting commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the local marketing plan aligned with BU, LATAM and global priorities.
  • Lead product and therapy development initiatives for the Peripheral Interventions portfolio in Mexico.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop customer-centric go-to-market campaigns and commercial tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, medical societies and key clinical leaders within the Peripheral Interventions space.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the full marketing operating budget (OPEX) with discipline and accountability.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, finance and operations teams on product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Supervise and coach two direct reports, building a culture of growth, trust and high performance.
  • Drive customer engagement with empathy, responsiveness and executional excellence.
  • Ensure internal alignment, timely reporting and performance tracking across key business metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of  3 years’ experience in a marketing manager role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Peripheral Interventions, cardiovascular, vascular or endovascular therapies is preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong business acumen with experience developing strategic plans, commercial initiatives, and data-driven business cases.
  • Demonstrated success managing product portfolios, therapy development, product launches, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience building strong relationships with physicians, KOLs, medical societies, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through collaboration in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform customer and market insights into business opportunities.
  • Experience managing operating budgets and measuring business performance through meaningful KPIs.
