The US Patient Services Marketing Team leads across multiple brands and therapeutic areas to deliver an unparalleled care model ecosystem that enables the best possible patient treatment experience to help patients achieve their full treatment plan potential.

The Marketing Manager, Patient Services Marketing & Strategy is responsible for collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the successful development and execution of strategies for APS Patient Marketing in Parkingson’s Disease. Strong leadership and ability to collaborate across a complicated matrix are required, working with cross-functional partners in Patient Services, Digital Lab, Co-pay Center of Excellence, Nurse Ambassadors, Patient Engagement, Patient Services Training, Brand team and other cross-franchise teams, in addition to dedicated to Patient Service functions such as Business Technology Solutions, finance, regulatory, legal, medical, marketing analytics, business insights and creative agencies and Commercial Brand marketing team.

This role does not have direct reports but must demonstrate the ability to influence and lead cross-functionally to successfully drive the business. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and a customer focus that drives the need for quality deliverables and performance. This individual will report to the Associate Director, Patient Services Marketing.

 

Responsibilities (may shift based on business needs):

  • Develop and implement marketing strategic and tactical plans, for Parkinson’s brands focused on achieving the brand aligned objectives
  • Develop patient experience journeys and then leverage these journeys to develop Patient Services programs to ensure they have the resources they need to adhere to their doctor-prescribed treatment plan
  • Consistently execute multiple marketing initiatives on time with excellence
  • Proactively identify risks, remove barriers, and develop creative solutions that accelerate execution.
  • Provide oversight of agency relationships, focusing on partnerships with their Account, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Measurement, CRM, Digital and Media teams to develop innovative and impactful initiatives and tactics
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders to move assigned projects efficiently from concept through execution within a highly matrixed organization to support ongoing Care Model development
  • Simplify complex medical data to ensure patient understanding
  • Partner with Marketing Business Insights and Analytics (MABI) team to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaign strategies through campaign measurement plans, key performance indicator development and formulate recommendations for optimization/scaling across brand
  • Effectively track and manage the marketing budget

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience with track record of tactical execution and evidence of developing marketing competencies
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management
  • Exceptionally organized and capable of managing numerous unrelated projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • Skilled at building alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities
  • Energized by complexity and a fast-moving commercial environment
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for patients living with Parkinson’s disease
