Your Role

You will work with a fast-growing AI technology company that is redefining industrial automation through advanced computer vision and robotics intelligence. The company partners with leading automotive OEMs and industrial manufacturers to unlock higher productivity, precision, and efficiency across complex production environments.

As the Marketing Manager – Operations & Demand Generation, you will be a key driver of revenue growth. You will own demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing operations, working closely with sales, SDRs, and executive leadership. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for a marketer who enjoys building scalable systems, optimizing performance, and directly impacting pipeline growth in an enterprise sales environment.
Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns to engage ICPs, expand enterprise accounts, and drive qualified pipeline.

  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to develop account plans and targeted messaging across the buyer journey.

  • Own and architect HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, automation, data integrity, and integrations.

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, including tools such as ZoomInfo, Nooks, Dripify, and digital advertising platforms.

  • Enable SDR and sales teams with accurate account data, buyer personas, and high-performing outreach sequences.

  • Plan and manage industry events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, lead capture, and post-event nurturing.

  • Build attribution models, dashboards, and performance reports to measure ROI and pipeline contribution.

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

  • Continuously improve marketing operations to support scale and revenue growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 4–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, ABM, and growth marketing.

  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification preferred).

  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.

  • Strong experience with analytics, attribution, and performance reporting.

  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales and revenue teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
