This role sits within the Urgent Care for Kids brand, where our clinics are designed with kids in mind — from board-certified pediatric providers to kid-friendly waiting rooms — so parents have peace of mind the moment their child needs care fast.

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, patient growth, and community engagement initiatives for Care for Kids clinics. This role will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our reputation as the trusted choice for pediatric urgent care, drive patient volume, and support new clinic openings — while helping connect the dots with Goodside Health's broader family of pediatric care brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans and campaigns to drive patient visits and brand awareness across all locations
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including website, SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and online reputation/review management
  • Oversee social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent, kid-friendly, and parent-focused messaging
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, pediatricians, daycare centers, sports leagues, and community organizations to drive referrals and partnerships
  • Plan and execute grand openings and marketing launches for new clinic locations
  • Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and report on campaign performance and key growth metrics
  • Coordinate with clinic operations and clinical leadership to ensure marketing messaging aligns with patient experience and brand standards
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials for clinics
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance creatives (designers, photographers, videographers)
  • Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives to aid in recruitment marketing
  • Partner with Practice Partners / Providers to ensure consistent voice, shared learnings, and coordinated campaigns where audiences overlap

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, retail health, ranchise, or multi-location business environments
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email,      social)
  • Strong      project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns      and locations simultaneously
  • Excellent      written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency      with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads      Manager, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS platforms
  • Strong Community Engagement Initiatives to help grow patient for both primary      care and urgent care clinics.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, primary care and/or urgent care marketing
  • Experience with multi-location or franchise marketing
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
  • Experience with local/community-based marketing and event planning
  • Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
