Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of all marketing activities towards our B2B

and B2C customers. They will work closely with all internal and external partners to deliver timely

executed activities that drive overall popularity of our brand and also specific ranges/products. The

position will report to the President of the company.

Qualifications

Work directly with all stakeholders to design and implement key marketing campaigns.

• Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market and incorporate your

findings into each campaign for better results.

• Support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).

• Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for

great design.

• Work closely with the internal and external team to create interesting and engaging content for

social media, the blog, email, and other channels.

• Work with our marketing partners to produce thought leadership blogs, newsletters, etc. to enhance

our market position.

• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook,

Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

• Work with our team to create sell sheets, presentations, and other projects to enhance our client

communication

• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry,

both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.

• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and

entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.

• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target consumers.

• Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

• Providing feedback to other contributors and editing other writers’ content.

• Work closely with PR agency to best utilize “free” placements.

• Identify and work with social media content creators.

• Proof reading product packaging to ensure clear communication of product features and consistent

brand messaging.

• Planning and organizing trade shows, promotional events and events for new product launches.Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree or more and 5+ years’ experience in marketing. Experience in the toy and/or hobby market

preferred but not required. Working knowledge of the retail/wholesale environment is preferable.

Project Management - Successful planning and execution of complex projects including establishment of

schedules and budgets.Job-specific Skills

• Proven track record of success in increasing website traffic, engagement, and conversions

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices

• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Experience with content marketing and copywriting

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
