About the Role
At NiCE, we don't limit our challenges — we challenge our limits. We are seeking an energetic, versatile, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join the NiCE Actimize marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business growth. You will work closely with a fast-paced global team and have exposure to high-visibility programs that make a real impact in financial crime and compliance markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns across digital, social media, email, and third-party platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences
• Assist in coordinating virtual and in-person events, including logistics, speaker coordination, event collateral creation, and post-event follow-up
• Draft marketing content such as emails, web content, and social media posts to elevate brand messaging and drive demand generation
• Track and analyze campaign and event performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms; leverage AI-powered analytics tools to surface trends, predict performance, and deliver actionable insights that optimize strategy and improve ROI
• Manage third-party memberships and vendor relationships, including booking and coordinating available resources, tracking renewals, and ensuring timely access to assets that support marketing operations
• Coordinate purchase orders and contracts with vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and proper approvals in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to keep NiCE Actimize at the forefront of the financial crime and compliance market
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to campaign execution and/or event support
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation systems such as Marketo or Pardot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling administrative and operational tasks such as purchase order coordination, contract tracking, and business document management
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of thriving in team-oriented settings
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting events such as webinars, tradeshows, and customer-facing programs
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as ON24 and virtual event execution best practices
• Experience coordinating with partners and external agencies
• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sprout Social) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
• Prior experience with procurement or contract management processes is a plus
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Claude) to assist with content creation, campaign analysis, or marketing reporting
