As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of managing and executing holistic and creative marketing campaigns. You will work within the content & demand generation team, contributing to SCAYLE’s strategic marketing projects, campaign optimization, and market expansion initiatives (e.g. in the United States or the United Kingdom).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and run marketing campaigns aimed at specific customer groups, promoting SCAYLE's main products
  • Manage campaigns across digital, social media, and paid media channels, adjusting strategies based on the market's needs and maturity
  • Work with teams in content creation, design, sales, and product marketing to make sure campaigns run smoothly
  • Team up with the content team to create local messages and content that fit SCAYLE's overall brand voice
  • Track key performance metrics and use the data to improve future campaigns and increase return on investment (ROI)
  • Help create go-to-market campaigns for new regions, focusing on building product awareness and getting first leads
  • Use industry trends and competitor analysis to find ways for SCAYLE to stand out and stay ahead in the market

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or campaign management, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce
  • Proven experience in leading and running digital marketing campaigns with a creative and strategic approach
  • Strong skills in analyzing campaign results and improving them for better success
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
