Veriff is seeking a stellar Marketing Manager - LATAM to lead our marketing communications efforts in the LATAM region. This marketer will play a pivotal role in ensuring our message meets our target audience within the region, resulting in new customer acquisition and revenue growth. 

As the Marketing Manager - LATAM  you will oversee the acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion, with particular emphasis on driving quality pipeline growth. You will develop and localize growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with other marketing team members to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:  

  • Developing and adapting a tailored marketing strategy for Latin America in line with Veriff’s global standards, ensuring our brand resonates powerfully across different countries.
  • Leading efforts to acquire new customers through various channels 
  • Customizing marketing campaigns to reach key audiences, crafting compelling content and aligning messages to local needs.
  • Driving channel acquisition growth by identifying new messaging, targeting, and capability opportunities
  • Collaborating with the product marketing and creative teams to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with customer-centric direction
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing teams to champion marketing initiatives tailored to the region.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the SaaS space
  • Strong communication skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design.

You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:

  • Previous experience within the identity verification industry or related fields
  • Experience working in a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROI.
