Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract clients, and support business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns, brand management, digital channels, content creation, and lead generation while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Guide marketing projects and coordinate with internal teams or external partners to ensure effective
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all channels
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals
  • Ensure marketing initiatives effectively communicate the company’s value proposition
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and website content
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI
  • Plan and oversee the development of content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Ensure all content is relevant, engaging, and compliant with industry standards
  • Implement strategies to generate leads and support client acquisition
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials that facilitate lead conversion
  • Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Manage logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Assist in planning and managing the marketing budget
  • Track campaign performance and report ROI to leadership
  • Any other duties relevant to the role

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of marketing experience, including campaign management and brand development
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written) and Arabic (reading & writing)
  • Project management and organizational skills

Further Info:

  • Working hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday
  • The role is in Amman, Jordan
