The Marketing team at Snap articulates and brings to life who we are as a brand, why we exist, who we serve, and what value we have to offer. They are on a mission to build a best-in-class international marketing organization. With functions spanning creative and marketing, strategy, consumer insights, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.
We're looking for a Country Marketing Manager to join the team based out of our offices in Mumbai or Delhi! In this role, you'll work closely with our India General Manager and partner with the Sales, Product, Comms, Events & Experiences and Insights teams, to build and execute marketing programs which contribute to Snap's business goals across revenue and community. Snap India has been a cornerstone of Snap's growth since 2019 and has successfully built a highly engaged Snapchatter community in India.
What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that bring to life Snapchat's positioning in key business and cultural moments
  • Help Snap tell its B2B audience and platform story by developing and executing large-scale industry events and roadshows, content marketing activities, and paid media campaigns.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for Snapchat's business solutions that resonate across key vertical industries.
  • Lead relationships with cross-functional teams in creative strategy, communications, brand experience, data science and sales.
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities.


What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years experience in marketing, ideally across B2B and B2C roles, developing marketing strategy, positioning and messaging with significant business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications. Demonstrated experience in Tech or Media industries is highly desirable.
  • An experienced marketing leader and self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, partnering with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
  • Experience driving operational excellence by managing performance measures, processes, and systems.
  • Storyteller with experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations that demonstrate client value.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Travel required for marketing efforts as needed
