Your Role

We’re hiring a Manager II, Marketing to oversee strategic communications and campaign output for the U.S. market. You will act as the strategic architect for our College & Professional Business Unit, focusing on driving renewal revenue and Hudl Pro Suite expansion.

As a Marketing Manager II, you’ll:

  • Maintain strategic oversight. You will ensure brand consistency and enterprise-grade value articulation across all NCAA and NFL touchpoints, specifically for College & Professional products
  • Design the ABM engine. You’ll oversee the design of the U.S. Account-Based Marketing engine, providing the framework for your team to engage high-value accounts and protect our critical U.S. revenue base.
  • Drive strategy and alignment. Sitting alongside U.S. Sales VPs and product heads at Lincoln HQ, you’ll synthesize data to recommend strategic trade-offs and ensure marketing efforts align with our company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure ROI. You will evaluate collective U.S. marketing spend to maximize budget ROI on high-priority accounts and identify operational efficiencies to scale U.S. retention efforts.

  • Strategic thinker. You possess an ability to lead a team toward a unified vision
  • Executive presence. You are comfortable acting as a contemporary to Sales VPs to shape market framing and competitive response.
  • Analytical mindset. You have the ability to analyze market reports and revenue targets to guide team prioritization.
  • Educational background. You hold a BS or BA in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Willing to travel. This role includes some travel to national conferences (about 10%) so willingness and interest to travel is required.
