The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting Enthought's go-to-market strategies by designing, executing, and managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and related activities. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute and drive progress on projects in marketing’s portfolio to advance the company’s growth and revenue goals.
This role requires someone who is a creative/strategic thinker, highly organized, and can effectively collaborate with others. This position requires strong content marketing experience, and candidates will be asked to provide samples of relevant writing and design skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing, other marketing team members, and the Sales team to promote lead generation and demand generation strategies and campaigns to meet the company’s growth goals
- Implement and optimize multi-channel promotion and nurturing campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid advertising, webinars, in-person events) aligned with growth goals and revenue targets
- Responsible for contributing to marketing-sourced pipeline growth, campaign ROI, brand awareness, and lead quality through campaigns and events
- Design and develop compelling original written and visual content that strategically aligns with the buyer journey, including thought leadership, social media, website, and sales enablement collateral
- Own the content calendar for social media channels and email lists
- Responsible for general graphic design needs related to content and promotion, adhering to brand guidelines
- Support content and graphics needs for in-person events and trade-shows
- Contribute to the data reporting and analysis of marketing activities and outcomes
- Help maintain marketing data hygiene in CRM
- Manage simultaneous marketing projects with high quality outcomes and within deadlines, while managing up effectively
- Effectively and positively manage assigned vendor relationships and projects
- Independently stay informed of the industry, competitive landscape, and marketing techniques, proactively suggesting new tactics or tools to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role (preferably in tech, science, engineering, or consulting sectors)
- Key individual skills required include creative intelligence, passionate about learning, sense of urgency, openness in communication, and excellent project management
- Proven expertise in high quality content generation and promotion tactics
- Proficient in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with CRMs like Hubspot
- Experience in tech/science/engineering/consulting marketing preferred
- Ability to problem solve and contribute original ideas
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An entrepreneurial mindset and adapt quickly to change
- Ability to work effectively and build collaborative relationships among employees at all levels and across global timezones
