Harley-Davidson Footwear is looking for an experienced marketing manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for Harley-Davidson Footwear, including brand marketing, retail marketing and event activation.

Primary Duties:

  • Manages and executes overall marketing strategy in partnership with brand leadership. Works closely with the Harley-Davidson licensing team to ensure overall brand strategy alignment.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to create seamless product and marketing strategies. Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure that product positioning, objectives and channel strategy are well defined and deliver a consistent brand message.

  • Works closely with the product team to identify consumer insights and ensure insights are imbedded in cross-functional decision making.

  • Creates channel content strategy and manages the creative brief and content development process, including product positioning, lifestyle and product content, channel specific assets, timelines and budgets.

  • Manages public relations strategy and execution in partnership with the internal WWW PR agency.

  • Develops social influencer seeding opportunities and execution.

  • Develops and manages brand marketing budget in support of the annual operating plan.

  • Sets retail and co-op strategy for dealerships and retail accounts based on overall brand strategy to support sell-in and sell through.

  • Executes retail programs, measures outcomes and communicates results.

  • Creates in-store experience strategy and execution, including the development of branded in-store assets, test-and-learn programs, as well as asset implementation and inventory management.

  • Supports preparation for and presentation to key accounts and the independent/ specialty channel.

  • Manages wholesale marketing email campaign, including content calendar, creative development, and performance analysis. Manages tradeshow participation in alignment with brand strategy and supports sales team in executing strong brand presentation at tradeshows.

  • Develop the consumer event strategy tapping into Harley-Davidson’s establish rally calendar and ongoing dealership event schedule.

  • Develop seasonal sell-in materials, including product assets and catalogs.

  • Manages product photography, descriptions, presentation and line management on the B2B platform.

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience.

  • Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking.

  • Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.

  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and manage to a budget.

  • Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
