Who We Are

Imprint helps the world's best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning. We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to create delightful and personalized experiences for members as well as efficient and profitable relationships for our brand partners. Our robust technology and world-class operations allow us and our brand partners to offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.
In the U.S., co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in annual spend, and most still run on decades-old legacy bank systems. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we're building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.

Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market

The Role

As Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market, you will define and lead the launch marketing strategy for every new partner launch and conversion at Imprint. You are the strategic marketing voice in the room from day one of a new partnership, the one shaping how we go to market, setting the standard for what great co-branded card marketing looks like, and building the playbook that scales with every launch.

This is a high ownership individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, sitting at the intersection of brand, growth, and partnerships. You will serve as the senior marketing lead across partner relationships: turning partnership goals into high performing co-marketing programs, driving acquisition and engagement strategy through partner channels, and raising the bar on how Imprint shows up across every partner touchpoint. You will influence decisions at the executive level on both the Imprint and partner side, and your judgment will directly shape how we bring new programs to market.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • Established yourself as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Growth, Product, Business Development, Lifecycle Marketing, and partner executive teams

  • Led or materially elevated at least one launch or co-marketing program with demonstrable impact on partner-driven acquisition and early cardholder engagement

  • Completed a strategic assessment of the partner marketing landscape and presented a prioritized roadmap of high leverage growth opportunities to marketing leadership

  • Built and socialized repeatable frameworks for partner campaign briefs, launch playbooks, and performance reporting that raise the standard across the team

  • Earned a reputation internally and with partners as someone who brings a strong point of view, moves fast, and delivers with precision

What You'll Own

Launch Strategy and Planning

  • Define the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and target segmentation for every new partner launch and conversion

  • Lead strategic planning sessions with GMs, partner marketing leadership, and internal channel owners to build integrated, multi-channel launch plans covering PR, lifecycle, web, affiliates, paid, and organic

  • Own launch readiness, sequencing, and execution across all marketing surfaces, making real-time tradeoff decisions when priorities shift

  • Partner with analytics and marketing leadership to define launch KPIs, build launch dashboards, and set goals that align with both Imprint and partner objectives

  • Lead post-launch performance analysis from 0 to 60 days and present recommendations to marketing leadership and partner teams on what to scale, cut, or iterate

Workback Schedule and Execution Management

  • Own the end-to-end launch workback schedule and execution plan, with full accountability for on-time, on-strategy delivery

  • Build and maintain detailed timelines across all marketing workstreams, proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers before they escalate

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across lifecycle, creative, ops, paid, data, and partner teams, ensuring nothing falls through between planning and go-live

  • Escalate and resolve competing priorities across concurrent launches, making judgment calls on resourcing and sequencing

Lifecycle Marketing Briefing

  • Author strategic briefs for lifecycle marketing on launch-specific email, push, and SMS campaigns in Imprint channels, providing clear objectives, target segments, learning agendas, and success criteria for each

  • Brief internal channel owners on affiliates and paid for multi-channel launch campaigns, ensuring each channel has a clear role in the overall acquisition and engagement strategy

  • Ensure briefs are specific and strategic enough that lifecycle, creative, and channel teams can execute with speed and minimal back-and-forth

Creative

  • Brief and lead creative development of launch toolkits that standardize messaging across Imprint and partner channels

  • Ensure messaging and creative alignment across all launch channels, acting as the quality bar for everything that goes out the door

  • Lead creative reviews with a sharp eye for strategic alignment, brand consistency, and partner brand standards

  • Own final creative signoff for all launch campaigns

Partner Education and Relationship

  • Serve as the senior marketing point of contact for new partners during the launch window, building trust and credibility with partner marketing leadership before handoff to the ongoing lifecycle marketing owner

  • Educate and advise partner marketing teams on co-branded card marketing best practices: channel strategy, messaging architecture, acquisition tactics, and journey design

  • Set expectations with partners on timelines, creative requirements, and campaign sequencing, and hold the line when needed

  • Bring a clear, data-informed point of view into every partner conversation and the strategic credibility to shape the direction of joint programs

Co-Marketing Programs

  • Develop, lead, and evolve co-marketing programs with Imprint's brand and retail partners, including campaigns, content, events, and launch moments

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Growth, and Product to identify and activate partnership milestones as marketing opportunities, connecting commercial goals to cardholder impact

  • Own the performance story for co-marketing programs: what's working, what's not, where the leverage is, and what we do next

Institutional Knowledge and Standards

  • Build and evolve Imprint's marketing launch playbook into a repeatable, scalable framework that compounds in quality with every launch

  • Own the launch marketing knowledge base and champion a culture of structured learning: what we've shipped, what we've learned, and how it informs what comes next

  • Establish and enforce launch marketing standards across all new partners, ensuring a consistently excellent cardholder experience regardless of partner size or tier

  • Synthesize launch insights and feed them back to lifecycle marketing and product teams so evergreen journey design and product decisions reflect what we know about early cardholder behavior

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven track record of leading co-marketing or partner marketing programs end to end with measurable business results, not just executing against someone else's plan

  • Strong strategic understanding of GTM planning, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing execution across PR, lifecycle, web, affiliates, paid, and organic

  • Experience owning complex launch timelines, workback schedules, and cross-functional execution across multiple concurrent workstreams

  • Track record of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders cross-functionally, including business development, growth, product, and creative leadership

  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and competing priorities simultaneously without dropping quality or clarity

  • Exceptional communicator in writing, in presentations, and in high-stakes partner-facing settings, with the ability to tailor your message to the audience

  • Data-informed and analytically rigorous in evaluating campaign performance, diagnosing gaps, and making investment decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, consumer finance, payments, or card-linked loyalty programs

  • Familiarity with co-branded marketing, retail partnerships, or affiliate and channel marketing

  • Experience building a partner marketing function, playbook, or operating model from the ground up

  • Background in high growth startup or scale-up environments where you had to build structure while shipping at speed

Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and equity packages

  • Leading configured work computers of your choice

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage

  • Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA

  • 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents

  • Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity
