Join Ecolab’s industry-leading Microelectronics team as a Marketing Manager in the Global High Tech division! As a Marketing Manager you will be expected to oversee innovation market tests and successfully launch innovations to achieve aggressive revenue goals across Global High Tech. You will lead, collaborate, and work closely with other functions (i.e., Sales, RD&E, Finance, and Industry Technical Consultants) to usher innovation projects from development to commercial activation. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable innovation revenue growth. Skills that are critical to success in this role: strong marketing strategy and execution, Voice of Customer, sales activation acumen, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand, customer-facing value propositions. This position will report to the Sr Marketing Manager of Microelectronics.

What You Will Do:
- Responsible for the deployment of Microelectronics innovations into the market.
- Oversee innovation market tests.
- Conduct VOC and gain customer feedback on innovations during Market tests—provide feedback loop to R&D, refine and confirm innovation value props.
- Stress test pricing and build value-based pricing models that the market is willing to pay and meet profit objectives for the business.
- Work closely with Industry Technical Consultants to quantify innovation value.
- Responsible for completing Market Test deliverables in Phase Gate official reports.
- Responsible for the development and execution of Innovation Sales Training and sales activation.
- Activate regional marketers to cross-pollinate innovation globally.
- Assist Go-to-Market Marketer in developing innovation sales enablement tools (including customer presentations, sell sheets etc.).
- Partner with Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Marketing, Sales, RD&E, Finance, and Industry Technical Consultants to drive profitable innovation growth that propels the Microelectronics business.
- Travel (domestic and/or international) expectation is approximately 10%.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of professional experience or MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experience
