Responsibilities:
- Plan and publish content for our social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn), including the day-to-day content calendar and community management.
- Work closely with the design, content and compliance teams on content creation for marketing campaigns and external events visuals, keeping everything on-brand.
- Help maintain and refresh our presence on different review platforms, coordinating with the wider team on response cadence.
- Manage photo shooting and video filmings for use across channels.
- Track basic content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest adjustments based on what is working.
- Participate in launch and maintenance of engagement initiatives and special projects.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or design, or equivalent hands-on project experience (internships and freelance work count).
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Practical experience managing or contributing to social media channels (scheduling, basic analytics, community engagement).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with brand guidelines.
- Clear written communication in English; additional languages relevant to our office locations are a plus.
- Ability to manage several small projects at once and meet content deadlines.
- AI fluency.
- Basic photo or video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom).
