THE MISSION
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and manage our lead generation, nurturing and brands retention strategy across France. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening Scalapay positioning and supporting Sales team in the acquisition of new brands partners. If you are a passionate marketing professional with a knack for creative thinking and a strong background in fintech, this role is perfect for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Manager France you will:
- Increase Scalapay awareness in the French market
- Generate new leads throughout marketing cross-channels activities (i.e. SEM, SEO social media, PR, events, ABM, content management, etc.)
- Engage & nurture the B2B target audience influencing their decision-making process
- Develop and execute co-branded marketing packages to retain new and existing brands partners
- Support in the execution of the Go-To-Market strategy of new products
- Work closely with sales, performance marketing, content and partnership teams to leverage on their business insights and approach to continuously improve marketing activities
- Monitor and analyse marketing performances, report on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes (ROI)
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- You have a proven +3 years experience in marketing roles preferably selling tech into enterprise retail and/or media agencies
- You possess some good understanding of the French retail trade media and events landscape
- The martech stack - inc. Hubspot and Google Analytics - doesn’t have any secret for you
- You are a creative thinker and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions
- You have already collaborated and coordinated efficiently with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
- You have a proven track record of delivering impactful B2B campaigns to nurture and sign prospects
- Your interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills are high-standard
- You speak French at a native or near-native level (to speak with the French team and clients on a daily basis) and possess full work proficiency in English as it is our internal work language
