JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX News Media is seeking a strategic and results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle marketing initiatives across our portfolio of digital products. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns that deepen audience engagement, increase subscriber acquisition and retention, and drive long-term customer value.

The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, strategist, and technologist, with deep experience in marketing automation, customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Editorial, Growth, Data, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver timely, personalized customer experiences at scale.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and loyalty.

  • Build and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns utilizing email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other owned channels.

  • Own campaign planning, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, QA, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Design and optimize automated customer journeys that improve engagement and conversion metrics.

  • Partner closely with Product, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to leverage customer insights and behavioral data for personalization.

  • Create and maintain customer segmentation frameworks using demographic, behavioral, and first-party data.

  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.

  • Monitor key CRM KPIs including open rate, click-through rate, conversion, retention, churn reduction, and customer lifetime value.

  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting to communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

  • Ensure CRM campaigns align with brand standards, editorial priorities, legal requirements, and privacy regulations.

  • Stay current on CRM best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer engagement trends.

  • Experience leveraging Braze to create personalized, data-driven customer experiences at scale is highly preferred

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience.

  • hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel customer journeys.

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategy.

  • Experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into optimization strategies.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00-89,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
