Role Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys creating content, supporting sales initiatives, managing social media, and bringing marketing ideas to life.
The successful candidate will work across multiple brands and business units within the Fastfrate Group portfolio, collaborating closely with sales, operations, leadership teams, and external partners. This position requires a strong combination of creativity, project management, business acumen, and communication skills.
This role supports a house of brands marketing model, requiring the ability to adapt messaging, campaigns, and content across multiple operating companies while maintaining alignment with the overall Fastfrate Group brand strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating content, supporting sales teams, leveraging AI tools, and managing projects from concept to execution.

In this role, you will:
Content & Communications
- Create compelling content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, customer communications, case studies, and sales materials.
- Draft executive communications, customer announcements, service advisories, thought leadership content, and internal communications.
- Support public relations, media opportunities, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
- Develop customer-facing sales collateral including presentations, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, sell sheets, and campaign assets.
- Support lead generation initiatives and marketing programs that drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop relevant marketing materials.
- Assist with proposal, presentation, and customer meeting support when required.
- Manage and grow corporate social media channels across multiple brands.
- Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Support digital advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple Fastfrate Group companies and business units.
- Develop content and campaigns tailored to different brands, services, industries, and customer segments.
- Maintain brand consistency while respecting the unique positioning of each operating company.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across transportation, logistics, warehousing, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, final mile delivery, and supply chain services.
- Help strengthen awareness of both individual brands and the broader Fastfrate Group network.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation, research, campaign development, presentations, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows through automation and AI-enabled processes.
- Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to validate AI-generated content and ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Stay current on marketing technology trends and recommend innovative ways to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Track and report on campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing activities.
- Use data and insights to improve marketing performance and support business decisions.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Education & Experience:
- MUST HAVE 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications or Marketing
- Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, product lines, or customer segments.
- Transportation, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial marketing experience is an asset.
- Salesforce experience is preferred
- Basic video editing experience is preferred
- Experience working in a house of brands environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience creating content across multiple channels and formats.
- Experience supporting sales teams through marketing programs and sales enablement materials.
- Experience managing corporate social media channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and modern marketing tools.
