The Core Responsibilities!
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, analytics, creative, compliance) to deliver effective, insight-driven marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, promote awareness, and drive growth in customer acquisition and engagement.
- Create and manage targeted customer journeys and lifecycle communications to increase usage and retention.
- Own the end-to-end process to create compelling marketing content leveraging internal/external agency partners from briefing to refinement to execution across paid media, website content and email/community initiatives to drive product adoption & loyalty.
- Leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to refine messaging and optimize performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Track and report on campaign results and key KPIs. Bring forward proactive ideas to test to continuously improving based on learnings.
- Manage internal resources and program timelines to and ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and on brand.
Let's Talk About You!
- 5+ years related work experience.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Commerce, or related experience.
- Strong understanding of brand & product marketing strategies, email marketing best practices, leveraging & activating customer data, targeting & personalization, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights through campaigns and A/B testing.
- Passion for customer insights and communications to achieve business objectives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies to continuously launch and iterate on programs.
- Excellent time management skills - ability to effectively manage, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter – capable of managing projects independently and building relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
- Track record of delivering key business results.
- Financial Services and Small Business marketing experience would be an asset.
