We are actively seeking a Marketing Manager, EMEAThis is a remote position, however, if you are located within 50 miles of one of Rimini’s Corporate Offices then this position allows for Hybrid Work Option. 

Position Summary

Marketing Manager will own and deploy the regional marketing plans for DACH and Nordics in-line with the regions business objectives and growth targets. They will develop and manage regional demand generation programmes and campaigns to drive and nurture leads and accelerate existing opportunities. They and will work closely with the EMEA regional cross-functional teams, regional agencies and the corporate marketing teams to roll out regional marketing programmes and campaigns aligned to sales priorities and revenue target. This position will report directly to VP EMEA Marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The selected candidate must be self-directed, collaborate well with colleagues, have initiative and critical thinking skills, be flexible with a can-do attitude and flair for creative problem solving, as well as with the ability to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Drive the overall marketing strategy and plan for their regions to support new and cross-sell client efforts
  • Implement the optimal mix of marketing programmes; identify the most effective messaging, content, channels and calls to action
  • Develop and manage marketing programme and campaigns to support opportunity generation and pipeline acceleration including demand generation campaigns, 1st party events on and offline, tradeshows, digital campaigns, sales enablement and partner marketing
  • Work closely with the corporate PR team and local PR agencies to coordinate media and analyst activities
  • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the marketing plan and collaborate with sales development and sales
  • Source and manage local vendors for marketing programme and campaign execution including direct mail, telemarketing, digital campaigns and third-party lead generation campaigns
  • Facilitate and track lead distribution and follow up activities with SDRs and sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to support the overall data strategy for the regions
  • Track campaigns and own the metrics that matter including overall ROI to the internal stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, SOW (scope of work) / budget

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales enablement needs and deliverables for the region including printing and translation
  • Understand and collaborate on marketing automation technologies across the entire lead nurturing process
  • Analytical capabilities with an ability to use and interpret data to support smart decision making
  • Build client relationship and support client marketing effort to improve retention and upsell, as well as leverage in prospecting programmes across the client journey


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with experience gained in a technology marketing role
  • Strong campaign and digital marketing experience required
  • Background in growth or performance marketing preferred

Skills

  • Fluent English speaker required
  • Fluent German speaker preferred
  • Highly self-motivated individual who enjoys working under limited supervision
  • Tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed. Strong drive to action and results orientation
  • Creative marketer with strong written, editing and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with varied groups including executive management, customers and internal teams
  • Demonstrated lead generation results that translated into sales revenue
  • Ability to multi-task and produce results in a start-up environment
  • Understand how to leverage technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, salesforce, Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office software, and similar tools
