Your Team:

Our agile EMEA Digital Platforms Marketing team operates across the region, driving engagement and visibility for Invesco’s digital platform partnerships. We work cross-functionally with specialist marketing teams including Content, Digital Experience, Growth & Engagement, and External Communications to deliver impactful campaigns, compelling content, and strategic communications tailored to digital platforms and their end clients. As part of a collaborative, regionally integrated team, we focus on scalable marketing solutions that resonate across diverse markets. Your Role:

As Marketing Manager, Digital Platforms, EMEA you will implement the marketing strategy for digital platforms across the region, treating them both as clients and marketing channels. You will execute multi-channel campaigns tailored to platform audiences, balancing regional efficiencies with platform-specific needs. This role requires strong commercial acumen, digital-first thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA Platforms and partner with the Director, EMEA Platforms to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with the Director and Senior Marketing Manager EMEA Platforms and broader team to deliver the overall EMEA Platform marketing strategy and go-to-market plans, using analysis and insight to develop measurable outcomes and demonstrate ROI

  • Focus on executing against existing platform partnerships whilst working with the Director, EMEA Platforms to explore new partnerships.

  • Initiating and delivering high-quality marketing programmes /campaigns for the platform audience, with a strong emphasis on innovative digital engagement, leveraging the expertise of the wider Invesco marketing teams and agencies as appropriate and working with our platform partners and influencers

  • Work towards continuous improvement of materials and services provided, liaising with Brand, Content, Growth & Engagement and Digital to scale our content creation and distribution (with a focus on social channels) with multiple platforms across EMEA

  • Champion & demonstrate the use of data and insight to drive the platform channel strategy across the region and demonstrate ROI.

  • Build relationships across the business that support the focus on digital platforms. Key relationships include sales, Compliance, Distribution strategy and ETF team

  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the evolving platform landscape including the market structure and dynamics, regulatory and political factors and client needs/requirements

What you will bring:

  • Significant proven expertise in B2B or B2C marketing in the financial services industry, with asset management experience as a plus

  • Expertise in planning, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns

  • Management in an organisation with emphasis on digital first as an essential way to shape client experience across channels and building up the funnel

  • Understanding of asset management, customers, products & competitors

  • Good understanding of the different market landscapes and product prioritisation across markets and segments

  • Sales and marketing automation as well as social media platforms in action

  • Insights, metrics and results-based marketing principles

  • Post graduate marketing qualifications and / or industry accreditation welcomed

  • Fluent in English and German. Other languages knowledge is a plus

  • High energy and flexible person; this is a changing landscape, and we need someone who will ‘move with the times.

  • Pragmatist who understands that strong progress is more valuable than waiting for perfection.

  • Interpersonal skills that quickly enable strong relationships with key business partners.

  • Analytical mind-set to understand and deliver those metrics that link marketing to commercial results and apply those learnings to improve future regional activities.
