Marketing Manager- Digital & eCommerce

Drive Strategic Growth. Influence Cross-Functional Outcomes. Lead Digital Excellence.

We’re looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Marketing Manager, Digital & eCommerce to lead the evolution of our digital marketing strategy across multiple digital platforms including but not limited to CRM and e-commerce.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue acceleration across both B2B and B2C channels. You’ll work across functions—from Sales and IT to Product and Content Marketing—to align digital initiatives with business priorities and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead full-funnel growth strategies that integrate digital advertising,  eCommerce, and CRM platforms.
  • Build and optimize a unified demand generation engine that drives pipeline, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Own marketing performance KPIs and dashboards, ensuring accountability to ROI, attribution, and customer insights.
  • Optimize the digital customer journey—improving AOV, lead quality, and long-term customer value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Product, and Content teams to align strategy and ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive CRM roadmap and lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase retention and brand loyalty.

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or e-commerce, ideally with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth through strategic marketing programs in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong command of CRM, digital sales, and performance media tools.
  • Data-savvy and results-driven; comfortable with campaign analytics, attribution, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator—able to influence across teams and at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in building products or high-growth industries is a plus.

POSITION LOCATION

Preference for onsite in Daytona Beach, FL, but open to remote arrangements for the right experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.

Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
