As the Marketing Manager (Digital Experience & Technical Design), you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of digital experiences across Wesco’s web platforms. You will lead a team of technical and digital designers and translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive website experiences, landing pages, and digital content that drive engagement and conversion. You will also oversee day-to-day execution, digital standards, and experience design processes while coaching team members and partners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This role operates as a key collaborator to Marketing, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders and contributes expertise and recommendations that inform broader digital experience strategy and improve consistency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Owns execution of digital experience initiatives across website experiences, landing pages, digital content, and customer engagement channels
- Implements digital experience plans and manages associated activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Develops and executes digital initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners and digital leadership
- Interprets customer, user behavior, and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize digital experiences
- Manages project workflows and internal resources to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
- Tracks results, communicates performance, and shares best practices and recommendations
- Coaches and supports team members; reinforces execution discipline, accountability, and professional development
- Leads and develops a team of technical and digital designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Oversees the planning and design of website experiences, landing pages, and digital assets aligned to brand standards and business objectives
- Defines information architecture, content hierarchy, and user experience standards to support intuitive navigation and engagement
- Partners with marketing, content, and technology teams to deliver scalable digital experiences across CMS platforms and related systems
- Establishes design standards, templates, and repeatable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and reduce rework across the organization
- Ensures digital experiences support the customer journey while meeting usability, accessibility (ADA), and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree – Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent education and experience required
- Masters Degree - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 6 – 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to execute integrated campaigns with measurable results
- Experience collaborating with Sales and cross‑functional partners in a B2B environment
- Strong project management, prioritization, and execution discipline
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and customer insights
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Industry experience in technology, product manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
- Experience leading creative, digital, or design-focused teams and delivering website experiences, landing pages, and digital content that support business objectives
- Strong understanding of digital experience design, including information architecture, UX/UI best practices, customer journey mapping, accessibility standards, and conversion-focused web experiences
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (AEM preferred), marketing technologies, digital performance metrics, SEO principles, and web development concepts
