Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded professional to join our team as Customer Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be in responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies for our customer accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and the US customer and solution marketing teams to drive engagement, nurture relationships, and, ultimately, increase revenue growth within our strategic and customer accounts.
You'll be in responsible for evolving our cross-sell strategy from a traditional campaign model to a smart, data-driven and behavioural marketing engine that supports cross-sell and upsell targets by having a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to target key customers for ARR growth
- Increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Evaluate the performance of existing cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Identify products or features that complement customers' current usage and propose targeted cross-sell or upsell campaigns.
- Lead out annual flagship event Exchange Europe, increasing attendance and engagement
- Leverage ongoing customer journey mapping research to identify touchpoints and pain points throughout their lifecycle; Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services at strategic points in the customer journey.
- Develop targeted messaging and personalized content to drive engagement and upsell opportunities
- Partner with Solutions Marketing and Marketing Operations to leverage the customer data and market intelligence to segment approach to support cross-sell/upsell programs.
- In partnership with Customer Success and sales to develop customer white space analysis and renewal propensity models in support of marketing programs.
- Partner with Solution Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to evolve detailed customer profiles to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Establish KPIs for customer growth initiatives and regularly report on campaign performance.
- Use analytics to measure the impact of marketing efforts on customer lifetime value and share of wallet.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on existing customer growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the software industry, especially in tax solutions, is a plus
- Fluent in German would be a plus
