We are looking for a Marketing Manager for CIS Region who will take full ownership of local marketing campaigns. This role is for those who would like to drive crypto education and business growth through CIS market.
Responsibilities:
- Execute local marketing initiatives and activations.
- Lead local partnerships and co-marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities.
- Support local content production and localization.
- Adapt global campaigns for local audiences.
- Manage local agencies and vendors.
- Ensure high-quality execution across all marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing or brand marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred).
- Proven track record in Brand Partnerships, Growth/ Affiliate Marketing or BD Communications.
- Strong execution mindset.
- Experience managing partnerships and local marketing initiatives.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in tech, fintech or crypto is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in fast-scaling tech or fintech companies.
- Hands-on experience with local PR, influencers, or grassroots communities.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven track record in Brand Partnerships, Growth/Affiliate Marketing, or BD Communications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actions

- Located in CIS with a wide marketing/partners network within the region
- Bilingual English and Russian
