Marketing Manager / CANADA market
Job Description
Manages and executes marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns that advance brand and product objectives while driving the growth and development of the Canadian market. Translates marketing vision into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables, balancing short-term needs with longer-term brand, product, and market development priorities. Partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop materials, promotions, and messaging tailored to Canadian customer segments. Uses market, customer, and performance data to evaluate results, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements.
Job Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of brand and product marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned to business priorities and to the growth of the Canadian market.
Define target customer segments and develop clear positioning and messaging to support brand, product, and market development goals in Canada.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand brand and product presence, awareness, and market share within the Canadian market.
Translate marketing objectives into project plans, scopes, timelines, and budgets; track progress and adjust plans as needed.
Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and supporting materials for all leaders and Wellness advocates that contribute to the growth of the Canadian market.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, timelines, approvals, and launch readiness.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, including selection support, briefing, deliverable review, and budget tracking.
Establish and maintain marketing performance metrics; monitor results and report insights to guide decisions and support Canadian market growth strategy.
Conduct or coordinate market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends specific to the Canadian landscape.
Ensure marketing materials and messaging are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards while remaining relevant to the Canadian market and customer base.
Identify process improvements to increase marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
Job Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant marketing experience as an individual contributor, plus 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to support brand and product objectives.
- Ability to translate marketing goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Working knowledge of marketing research, performance measurement, and basic analytical methods to evaluate results.
- Strong collaboration & communication skills, including experience partnering with cross-functional teams and coordinating work through influence.
- Experience managing vendors or agencies, including scoping work, reviewing deliverables, and tracking budgets.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into appropriate audience messaging.
