As Marketing Manager – Boxes & Bundles, you’ll:
- Develop and implement bundle strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans across global marketing channels
- Collaborate with trading, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimise product offering and operational processes
- Conduct competitor analysis and demographic research to identify growth opportunities
- Craft multi-channel product campaigns leveraging influencers, social commerce, and compelling product storytelling
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous optimisation
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, championing brand objectives and revenue growth
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
- Experience or strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing channels
- Confident in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly flexible and solutions-focused, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Organised with strong time-management skills
- Interest in data, insights, and strategy
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
