Marketing Manager defines product strategy in agreement with local management, Global and Regional marketing department. This role implements tactical plans/projects capitalizing collected insights from regional and global Launch Teams.
Job Description
Major Accountabilities
- Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans working closely with other functions (Sales Unit, Tender Team, Medical Affairs and Access team) within marketing budgets
- Prepares content of Integrated commercial plans for on the market and in launch products. Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development.
- Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans to ensure the growth of the brand(s)
- Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives
- Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and other regulations.
- Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
- Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Scientific, Economic, Engineering master’s degree or similar
- At least 5/7 years of experience in similar role
- Previous experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
- Italian and English fluency
- Able to work in cross-functional and international team.
- Comfortable in managing negotiation and inspiring an audience.
- Accuracy and Proactivity skills
- Nice to have: knowledge of digital marketing campaigns
- Nice to have: Good knowledge of Analytics Tools
- Nice to have: Previous experience within Biosimilar sector, hospital and tender system
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
