Position Overview

We are looking to expand our real estate education marketing team by adding a B2B Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns designed to drive new business and build relationships with our customers!


The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B marketer with a track record of driving profitable growth through online and offline channels(preferably in a B2b / B2B2C business), including direct marketing, email, content marketing, and social media. They will work closely with our digital and content marketing teams as well as our cross-functional business team and be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. 


Experience with email marketing, social media, content development, project coordination, asset management are required. Experience partnering with B2C marketing strategies preferred. Experience managing, organizing and executing external events is a plus. In this role, it is necessary that you process the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical success factors for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the liaison between the business unit, channel sales, and marketing department
  • Identify and target customer and prospect populations for integrated marketing campaigns that meet lead generation and revenue targets
  • Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights that drive lead generation and retention, and increase wallet share and employer pay revenue 
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Create content and key messages designed to drive revenue growth with targeted employer populations
  • Support sales team with collateral, templates, scripts and marketing assets
  • Continually design and run well-structured market tests on pricing, offers, channels, messaging, and communication flows
  • Set high standards for development, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Develop content aligned to audiences and events
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities, including email marketing, direct mail, website experience, social media, digital marketing analytics, database analytics, HubSpot customer and prospect work flows. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years of related work experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in marketing, business, or related discipline. Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including social, email and affiliate channels, and direct print marketing
  • Skilled in developing value propositions that communicate clear value to targeted audiences
  • Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with Real Estate Brokers and their agents/teams.
  • Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools such as HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills 
  • Experience with Hubspot is a must
