This position is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting business growth and enhancing competitive presence in ASEAN markets. The manager will work collaboratively with Asia Pacific and US Marketing teams to ensure alignment with global initiatives while tailoring strategies to local needs. Key responsibilities include analyzing market insights, consumer trends, and competitor activities to inform actionable marketing plans. By leveraging data and insights, the manager will guide the organization in achieving sustained growth and establishing a strong market footprint across the ASEAN and Indian Subcontinent regions.
Essential Functions

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance business growth across the region.

Collaborate with Asia Pacific and US Marketing leaders to align global strategies with local execution.

Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform actionable plans.

Produce an annual marketing plan in consultation with the Senior Marketing Manager, managing budgets to align with annual objectives.

Partner with Sales Leaders to enhance customer engagement and ensure synergy in strategies.

Plan, develop, and execute impactful marketing campaigns that support business growth objectives.

Track and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

Monitor competitive activity and communicate insights to inform business strategies.

Lead initiatives for Hospital and EMS Trauma-focused products, collaborating closely with sales teams.

Ensure successful new product launches and coordinate promotional campaigns.

Support large tender bids with thorough market knowledge and insights.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree and / or relevant qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.

Strong understanding of the medical device landscape, including regulatory considerations and market dynamics.

Proficient in forecasting trends and identifying challenges, with the ability to measure and enhance marketing performance through data analysis.

A broad skill set in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, product marketing, and brand management.

Ability to deliver multiple high-volume projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.
