Heetch El Djazair is a mobility app with a simple mission: making transportation easy in Algiers. We connect individuals for rides day and night. Our team’s mission is to build a community of drivers and passengers while providing top-notch mobility services in Algiers!

What will you do?
> Coordinate and execute passenger and driver acquisition and communication campaigns, challenge existing acquisition channels, and create new ones.
> Increase brand awareness through online and offline campaigns.
> Monitor our image and messages with our community on social media.
> Build and manage brand partnerships directly with media and partners.
This role is for you if:
*You have 3-5 years of experience in an agency, startup, or any other company with a strong focus on communication
*You have excellent writing skills
*You are a people person and can adapt to anyone
*You are organized and meticulous, able to multitask and prioritize; if you enjoy analyzing data, that’s a plus
*You have patience and empathy, and enjoy helping others solve problems
*You aren’t afraid to find marketing opportunities by reaching out to media, influencers, and brands
*You excel at juggling multiple tasks effortlessly
*You’re great at managing projects, organizing schedules, and following up
*You’re perfectly organized, and you have a strong dislike for delays and inaccuracies
*You have communication skills that stand out: you inspire teams with your projects and know how to convince people to move in the right direction
*You’re creative, proactive, and have a strong marketing sensitivity with a particular love for social media
*You’re curious and enjoy gaining an in-depth understanding of operations (tech and business) while connecting them to the strategic vision.
* You’re fluent in French and English and comfortable working in an international environment.
