Working across HEA, the marketing manager is responsible for Partner and Retail marketing execution.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

Partner marketing & Retail execution

Managing partner marketing relationships & store fixtures for accounts including refresh & launch.

Ownership of GTM:

Promotional Execution across online and retail partners

  • Aligning with PM(s) on Irish roadmap

  • Working with UK team on Key Visuals.

  • Briefing in adaptations to UK assets for Irish retailers

Retail Visual Merchandising (VM):
 

Working closely with VM marketing, liaising with local sales team on retailer requirements e.g. toppers/strut cards/tech tickets/promotional material

  • Strong relationship builder able to work confidently with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering high-quality output in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate strategy, performance, and recommendations clearly.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

Hard Skills
  • Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.

  • Experience in marketing, ideally within retail, consumer electronics, FMCG.

  • Product and/or services marketing experience preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confident use of PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data to create insight-driven recommendations.

  • Experience managing or supporting marketing budgets.

  • Creation and delivery of strong partner marketing plans that align to commercial goals. Timely briefs into agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Develops and executes category-leading initiatives and ensures Samsung is the preferred partner for retailers. Staying close to retailers to maximise their innovation and development roadmaps.

  • Strong understanding of retail media with a strong grasp of opportunities and effectiveness.

  • Clear and consistent communication with retail partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of all agreed marketing activity.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sell-out growth and strengthen category presence.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across the organisation.
