As our Marketing Lead - Small Business, you’ll drive growth across the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment by delivering clear, effective B2B marketing that supports sales and delivers commercial impact. You’ll own end to end campaigns, refine messaging and channels using performance insights, and turn product and pricing information into compelling value propositions for small business customers.
This permanent role offers plenty of scope to lead, influence and shape how Aussie Broadband shows up for small business.

Let’s talk about you

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in SMB, telco or tech.

  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales‑led growth.

  • Comfortable working with performance data, sales inputs and customer insights.

  • Confident campaign owner who can work independently.

  • Clear communicator with strong proposition and messaging skills.

  • Proven ability to solve problems, show leadership, work both independently and in a team, and adapt quickly.

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Lead SMB marketing programs to drive acquisition, retention and cross‑sell.

  • Plan, deliver and optimise B2B demand campaigns end‑to‑end.

  • Turn product and pricing information into clear value propositions for small business.

  • Work closely with Sales to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Refine channel mix and messaging using insights and performance data.

  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasts and efficiency.

  • Track and report performance, turning insights into actionable improvements.
