The Opportunity

We are looking for an AI Marketing Orchestrator to own the marketing engine at Sunscrapers. As we pivot from a traditional software consultancy to a specialized Data & AI partner for Private Capital, we need a strong, hands-on operator to execute our 2026 strategy.

Important note: You won't be managing a team of people. Instead, your "team" will be a cutting-edge AI stack that you will orchestrate to scale your efforts. You will work directly with the CEO to translate high-level vision into concrete actions, ensuring our brand becomes the top-of-mind authority for data-driven investors in the US and Europe.

Your Mission (The "What")

Your primary goal is to generate qualified sales leads via long-term, multi-channel activities and build brand authority in the Private Capital market (VC/PE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation (Top Priority): Implement and manage multi-touch B2B campaigns that turn market noise into qualified sales leads. You will orchestrate CRM workflows and AI automations to capture and nurture demand.
  • Rebranding & Positioning: Execute the comprehensive refresh of our brand identity, including a full redesign of the website, marketing collateral, and social media profiles to reflect our new "Data & AI" positioning.
  • Content, Personal Branding & Authority: Manage the production of premium assets (case studies, in-depth guides, articles) and drive personal branding initiatives for key executives, positioning us as the "Sage" of the industry. You will leverage AI to scale research and drafting while maintaining a premium voice.
  • Event Strategy Execution: Own the logistics, promotion, and lead-capture process for hosting two high-level industry events annually.
  • Partnerships: Establish and nurture at least one key vertical partnership to expand our reach.

Who You Are (The "Fit") 

We are not looking for a task-taker waiting for instructions, nor a manager looking to delegate to an agency. We need a "Full-Stack" partner who thrives in process, structure, and operational consistency.

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You Speak "Tech & IT" Natively: You deeply understand the service-based IT and consultancy business model. Terms like data infrastructure, cloud architecture, AI integration, and tech stacks are your daily bread. You know how to talk to (and market to) highly technical, analytical B2B audiences and data-driven investors.
  • You are an AI Power-User: You don't just "embrace" AI; you orchestrate it. ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis or Claude Opus are your strategic partners. You use Midjourney/DALL-E for quick visual mockups, and you know how to automate repetitive tasks using Make or Zapier.
  • You are a High-Ownership Executor: You enjoy turning abstract vision into reality. You close loops, finish what you start, and do not need micromanagement to keep projects moving.
  • You Love Structure & Sales Alignment: You obsess over the "how." You bring discipline to marketing campaigns, knowing that the ultimate metric of success is a qualified lead handed over to sales.

Requirements
    • Must-have: Proven, hands-on marketing experience in a specialized IT Services / Tech Consultancy environment. 
    • Must-have: Advanced proficiency in modern AI marketing tools and automation.
    • Experience in B2B marketing targeting professional services, private capital, or the data/AI space is a huge plus.
    • Strong project management skills; ability to independently organize complex initiatives like events and rebrands.
    • Excellent written English (Smart Casual voice: relaxed yet professional).
    • Ability to operate effectively in a remote/async environment.
