Alfred Williams & Company is seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer with a proven ability to translate conceptual ideas into impactful visual content. As a key member of our team, you'll create compelling digital and print assets that engage our audience and consistently reinforce our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital assets that align with sales strategies across multiple channels, including engaging social media content and imagery.
- Write, edit and design print marketing materials, such as proposals, training documents and client-facing collateral, that clearly communicate our story and brand.
- Create branded collateral for events and client interactions to elevate our presence and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining visual and messaging integrity.
- Track trends and gather feedback related to competitive proposals, conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Build brand awareness through social media campaigns by establishing goals, timelines and execution strategies for maximum impact.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with interactive content platforms such as Ceros is beneficial but not required.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing both long-term initiatives and short-term priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset for developing creative ideas and solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of marketing experience.
